The SMI Research Series is an educational webinar series designed to help students build the skills needed to become successful clinical researchers. Sessions cover key aspects of the research process and are open to students interested in developing their research skills, regardless of prior experience. Participants who complete the series can earn a certificate of completion! Click here for more information!

The SMI Research Partnership is a structured, student-led research program that gives students the opportunity to work on collaborative clinical research projects using publicly available datasets. Participants work in small research teams with an SMI Director and are matched with a senior physician or researcher mentor. Projects are designed to progress from research question development and data analysis to abstract preparation, manuscript development, and conference presentation. Click here for more information!
